Clients lie on a massage table surrounded by the bowls, choose an intention, and begin to relax. Vibration surrounds the client as the bowls are softly rung in specific protocols determined by the client’s needs. Each client experiences relaxation and re-balancing while receiving soothing vibrational energy from the bowls. Additional techniques, such as warm water therapy, bowl placement on the body, soft chanting, Reiki and use of the BioMat may also be incorporated into the session. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing.
Sessions are sixty minutes in length.
Remote zoom sessions are similar to in-person sessions, however, clients rest in the comfort of their own space. Denise uses high quality amplification equipment for optimal sound quality.
